Q.01Where can I download the Nest Mate mobile app?+
The iOS app is live on the App Store — search "Nest Mate Property Manager" or download it at apps.apple.com/ca/app/nest-mate-property-manager/id6767400357. The Android app is in final testing and will release on Google Play next. The web app at nestmateapp.ca works on any modern browser and can be added to your Android home screen for an app-like experience in the meantime.
Q.02Is the mobile app free for landlords and tenants?+
Yes. The mobile app is free for both landlords managing one property and tenants. It uses the same PIPEDA-aligned infrastructure as the web app — same encryption, same access controls.
Q.03Will I get notified when an LTB notice is served?+
Yes. Push notifications fire the moment a notice (N1, N4, N12, etc.) is served, and again when it has been read by the recipient — both events are timestamped in your audit log.
Q.04Can I attach photos to maintenance requests from my phone?+
Yes. The maintenance camera lets you tag the room, capture the issue, and attach the photo to a request without leaving the app. The photo timeline is preserved as evidence for repair disputes.
