What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter ($9.99/mo) unlocks unlimited properties and leases, e-signature for lease agreements, inspection reports with photos, and unlimited expense tracking + T776 tax-ready export. Pro ($14.99/mo) adds the AI screening stack — AI document analysis, employer income verification, side-by-side applicant comparison, the applicant interview questionnaire, the LTB hearing-ready PDF export, and priority email support. Pick Starter if you don’t need AI screening or LTB hearing prep.

Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?

Both Starter and Pro are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Subscribe, use the features for a month, and cancel from the Stripe billing portal in two clicks if it’s not for you. There’s no refund mechanism mid-month, but you keep access through the end of the billing period.
